All information provided on our website and marketing materials is for general informational purposes only. Datta Solar reserves the right to modify or update these terms, our services, and pricing at any time without prior notice.
The "Solar Calculator" is a preliminary estimation tool. Actual savings, system size, costs, and payback periods may vary based on a professional site survey, specific energy consumption, and prevailing market conditions. The free site survey is subject to scheduling availability and geographic feasibility. The final system design and proposal may differ from initial estimates.
The "quick and hassle-free installation" is contingent upon site suitability, structural integrity of the rooftop, timely receipt of all necessary permits and approvals from local authorities and DISCOMs, and favorable weather conditions. The 25-year power warranty on panels is provided by the panel manufacturer, not directly by Datta Solar. Terms and claims are subject to the manufacturer's warranty policy. Datta Solar's workmanship warranty will be detailed in the final contract. The scope and terms of "complete after-sales service and support" will be explicitly defined in the service agreement provided at the time of sale.
Datta Solar provides information on government schemes (like PM Surya Ghar & Delhi Solar Policy) for informational purposes only. We do not control the approval, disbursement, or terms of these schemes. Eligibility for subsidies, incentives, and net metering is determined solely by the respective government authorities and DISCOMs based on their latest guidelines. While Datta Solar will assist in the application process, the ultimate responsibility for securing eligibility and submitting correct documentation lies with the customer. The figures provided for Central Financial Assistance (CFA) and other incentives are as per the latest government notifications and are subject to change. The final subsidy amount will be as approved by the implementing agency.
The referral reward will be disbursed only upon the successful completion of the referred client's solar installation and full payment receipt by Datta Solar. The referred client must explicitly mention the referrer's name and contact details at the first point of contact with Datta Solar. Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated. Datta Solar employees and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. Datta Solar reserves the right to disqualify any referral deemed fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these terms. The program, its rewards, and terms can be modified or terminated by Datta Solar at any time without prior notice.
Datta Solar shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to delays in installation, approval processes, or fluctuations in energy production. Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the services provided.
